By accessing or using our Website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use this Website.

1. Eligibility and Account Security

• Age Requirement: By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

• Account Accuracy: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

2. Product Authenticity and Market Accuracy

• Authenticity Guarantee: Jenztcg guarantees that all Pokémon TCG products sold are 100% authentic and sourced via verified distribution channels.

• Market Volatility & Pricing: The collectible card market fluctuates frequently. We reserve the right to change prices for our products at any time without notice. We do not offer price matching or price adjustments if a card's market value drops or changes after your purchase.

• Errors on the Site: Occasionally, there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions regarding product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

3. Pre-Orders and Allocation Policy

• Pre-Order Payment: Payment for all pre-ordered items is collected in full at the time the order is placed to secure your allocation.

• Manufacturer Shortages: Pokémon distributors and manufacturers occasionally cut or delay product allocations. In the rare event that Jenztcg receives less inventory than expected from our distributors, we fulfill orders in the exact chronological sequence they were received. If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to a manufacturer allocation cut, you will be issued a 100% full refund.

4. Purchasing, Limits, and Cancellations

• Order Limits: To prevent hoarding, scalping, and to give all collectors a fair chance, we reserve the right to place per-household or per-customer limits on specific high-demand products.

• Order Cancellations by Us: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. This includes orders flagged by our automated fraud protection systems.

• Order Cancellations by You: Requests to cancel an order before it has shipped must be made within 48 Hours of purchase. Cancellations may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Opened Product Policy

Due to the volatile nature of the trading card market and the risk of tampered or resealed products, we must enforce a strict return policy to protect the integrity of our inventory for all collectors.

• Sealed Product, Singles & Opened Product: All sales of individual raw cards (singles), graded cards, and any packs or boxes that have had their factory seal broken are strictly final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

6. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in the Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others (including Pokémon/Nintendo trademarks).

• To submit false or misleading information, or upload malicious code/viruses.

• To engage in automated data scraping, botting, or trying to bypass our automated purchasing systems during high-demand inventory drops.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jenztcg does not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In no case shall Jenztcg, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind—including lost profits or lost savings—arising from your use of the website or any products procured using the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
